Artist
Fine art photographer Robin Rosenzweig was born in New York City and raised near Chicago. Educated in California, Wisconsin and Maine, she has lived on the Monterey Peninsula for over 20 years. Robin
launched her career as a fine art photographer several years ago. Her
personal and social narratives—simple, poignant, authentic, and
creative—have been exhibited from San Francisco to New York, as
well as overseas, and are included in the permanent collections of three
museums. In addition, her work has been published in ‘Mothering’
Magazine and was awarded first place by the Chicago Tribune. Robin’s commissioned portraits are an outgrowth of her fine art photography. Fascinated by the beauty of the human body in all its forms, she became well known as a photographer of pregnant women long before it became fashionable. Today, her portrait work includes families, siblings, couples, individuals, and pets. Robin is currently expanding her palette to include painting, mixed media, and printmaking. Whatever the medium, Robin Rosenzweig’s work captures the essence of her subjects’ very being. |
